Since 1991 Baldwin Consulting Group Pty Ltd (BCG) has been assisting clients with their organisational development needs encompassing training needs analysis, design, delivery and evaluation. The company has grown from the coordination of workshops and seminars to full scale conferences which has become the core business over the last five years. Together, Gary & Liz have an extensive background in event management, business learning and development and change management.
Baldwin Consulting Group Pty Ltd began life in 1991 as Gary Baldwin Training Resources Pty Ltd. The principal consultant at that time was Gary Baldwin and the company focused on training needs analysis, design, delivery and evaluation working primarily on a contract basis through a range of private providers and educational institutions. As the business grew the company began to build its own client list, develop and market its own training programs and move gradually into a more consultative role with clients.
Some years ago the business changed focus and began to explore wider Organisational Development (OD) issues, of which learning and development was one part of the bigger picture. It was at this time that Elizabeth Baldwin joined the company and we became involved in managing large educational events and professional development programs.
Baldwin Consulting Group now specialises in Professional Conference Organising (PCO) and event management drawing on our extensive background in education, management and administration. Our experience in providing administrative services to a diverse range of organisations, particularly with membership and not-for-profit organisations, has made us specialists in this field. We have a first hand appreciation and understanding of the needs of membership bodies and the importance of maintaining high levels of support and customer service. We are capable of working autonomously whilst recognising the need for effective dialogue and communication to ensure a close relationship of trust and professionalism exists between our client organisations and ourselves.
