Baldwin Consulting Group specialises in organising conferences, seminars and workshops. Our experience embraces not-for-profit professional membership organisations, the franchise sector, small and medium sized enterprises (SME's) as well as large corporations and government.


Organisations can only survive in today's competitive environment by embracing constant change. Change begins with people and the most cost-effective way to implement change in an organisation is to bring your people together as one. This may involve key personnel or the entire workforce. We have organised meetings for six people and conferences for over 600.


Conferences and meetings bring people together for a purpose - usually to solve a problem, inform or educate to bring about changed behaviour of some description. With our background in management, education, administration and organisational change, we are ideally positioned to advise, implement and manage your event to achieve specific outcomes.



FREE Accommodation Management Service

We are Professional Conference Organisers (PCO's) and have the expertise and infrastructure to manage every aspect of your event from start to finish, however, we have found that many organisations prefer to manage their conferences and events in-house. This may be for several reasons – you have your own dedicated event manager, you feel that your event is too small to justify the cost of outsourcing to a PCO or perhaps you are simply managing perfectly well yourself. All valid reasons for managing your own events.


Our enquiries have shown that one of the most time consuming tasks for any event manager is the coordination of delegate accommodation bookings.


You may not be aware that as a PCO we can manage your accommodation bookings without any cost to you, releasing your staff or conference committee to focus on more important aspects of the event.
